The basic aim of SEPA - Rigid Plastic Packaging Manufacturers Association is to gather together those who adopted rigid plastic manufacturing as a profession, to increase positively the identity of rigid plastic packaging produced in Turkey in international markets and to shift their production to the desired levels in national and international norms. The association is founded in 2005.
Aiming to realize activities directed to improving the rigid plastic industry by establishing scientific / technologic solidarity, social unity and interdependence among its members, SEPA has the following basic projects:
- To take sectoral inventory,
- To develop members subscription to the association, to complete the organization,
- To publish a vocational book identifying the products and members, under Rigid Plastic Packaging heading,
- To organize seminars aiming to raise the knowledge level of associates in the sector,
- To set out opinion statements on topics that concerns, or may concern, the rigid plastic packaging sector directly or indirectly during the EU adaptation process, to provide information, to take/suggest precautions whenever necessary,
- To increase awareness in the society by providing public information on Rigid Plastic Packaging.
Board of Directors
